Reject packages that don't match system type

I accidentally downloaded the arm64 package of something instead of the amd64 package I needed. The UI didn't prevent me from attempting to install, it just looked like it was going to install with no warning or failure notification at the end.

Would be nice to just prevent the user from proceeding at all if the .deb doesn't match their system architecture.
