3.0 not compatible with eslint

Just got around to this because renovate had been broken in WarpDrive for a while.

I suspect its our use of esm that it isn't happy with, unsure why version 2.x was ok with that and 3.x is not.

They have a separate import for their experimental worker. But it's also a different parser.

For ember-eslint-parser, we know to have a reasonable idea about which parser is going to be used
