Widget support for inputs

Issue highlighted by https://community.openenergymonitor.org/t/button-dashboard-not-work/8022 would be better solved with widgets that reference emoncms inputs. 

Perhaps starting with a inputbutton and inputvalue widgets - or having a way to select either a feed or an input.

To reduce bandwidth and improve performance it might be a good idea to explore using feed/fetch input/fetch api's
