Potentially using IPS or XDelta patches to make it easier for most people? #2

3dstool understandably doesn't have a GUI.
The more common patch formats for ROM hacks and others, such as IPS, BPS, XDelta, etc, have many different patchers with proper GUIs (xdeltaUI, Floating IPS, https://hack64.net/tools/patcher.php, Unipatcher (Android)). I think it would be a much easier user experience for people by doing so.
Would this be a potential consideration to move from 3ps patches to a more popular format?
