Synth Overlay: Kalshi Support #19
Description
Goal
Extend Synth Overlay to work on Kalshi in addition to Polymarket — show the same edge analysis, confidence scoring, and signal data when browsing Kalshi markets.
User Story
A trader is on Kalshi looking at a crypto or equity event market. The Synth Overlay side panel activates, matches the market to a Synth forecast, and shows the edge between Synth's probability and Kalshi's price — same experience they get on Polymarket today.
Scope
- Synth Overlay activates on Kalshi pages (kalshi.com)
- Match Kalshi markets to the relevant Synth asset and forecast
- Show edge, confidence, signal, explanation, and invalidation — same data as Polymarket
- Support all Kalshi market types that map to Synth-supported assets
Why
Kalshi is the largest regulated prediction market in the US. Supporting both Kalshi and Polymarket makes the tool useful to a much wider audience and lets traders compare edge across platforms.
