Create UI elements for Custodian Period ID Number + how long until next period

On the Custodian voting page, by the current custodian board, user would see:

1. The current period ID number.
2. A count down timer (days:hours:min:sec) with a stripe surrounding the timer. (Time passed in grey, time remaining in purple.)
