Review #19
Description
A review meeting on 2 Nov 2022 proposed:
- remove non-essential vscode extensions
- add very useful ones to recommended extensions
- add questionably useful ones to the documentation
- recommend use of vscode settings sync so that if you have multiple dev-u22 workspaces at least the user settings will get copied around
- important: this means we also need to minimize the number of workspace settings because these override user settings.
