1. Tables 1.12 and 7.3 are both out of User Profile Completed but have different definitions and thus inconsistent counts. Which is preferred?

• Table 1.12: No data destruction requested and user profile submitted
• Table 7.3: No data destruction requested and user profile submitted and sign in = yes and consented = yes and RcrtUP_SubmitTime_v1r0 is not null and RcrtSI_SignTime_v1r0 is not null and Site is not null
  -We do have a scenario where the participant has a sign in flag of yes but no sign in time
  -We have many scenarios where the participant has a UP flag of yes but no UP timestamp
  -Sign-In = yes and Consent = yes were added here with UP submitted = yes for a QC check but we don’t have anyone that doesn’t have all 3 if they have UP submitted. I suggest we remove those two components
  -Site is not null will be updated for all data in this report anyways, so I suggest we remove that

Table 7.9: Suggestion to add a footnote that participants can select more than one option, similar to table 1.16. Also suggest changing the column to something like 'Total Responded' versus 'Total Verified' for that reason
