issue with list

issue description

when you use it, the first list appears normally, but when you accept one option, second line disappears.

expected behaviour

I would expect that after accepting value to first list, the second list would activate and give me ability to pick value

System:

Windows 10
notepad++ 7.3.1 ( 32 bit)

I have the same issue. In my case the whole second list is deleted including the preceding "SERVER: " text which is very strange.
