Chrome problem while building on Linux

On building md file, chrome pops up the following message:

Your profile could not be opened correctly.

Some features may be unavailable. Please check that the profile exists and you have permission to read and write its content.

Then in terminal it's said:

[5101:5124:1130/171001:ERROR:web_data_service.cc(671)] Cannot initialize the web database: 1

At the end, the browser eventually launches and display the page correctly.

The OS is Linux Mint 13 LTS. At Windows everything work perfectly.
