Location of mangled_names.txt

Hi,

As of the latest version of warp (1.5.1) there does not seem to be a mangled_names just a .meta file which accompanies the .ptx and .cu files (example from the sim.collide cache)

Would that be a problem? Note that the symbols in the .ptx file do actually corespond to the definitions in the .cu file.

The mangled_names.txt is made using the project (https://github.com/erwincoumans/warp_cpp/blob/main/example_add_float_array.py#L52) and not by Warp itself. It should be fine, but I haven't tested it recently.
