gewt-material: no resource expansion for text field placeholders #35
Description
If a placeholder is set on a gwt-material text field resource keys are not expanded. This is because only the widget is handed to the method applying the style which has no reference to the UserInterfaceContext that is needed for resource expansion. The corresponding interfaces need to be adapted accordingly.
