[PDF Report] Apply filter by hospital name on pdf generation for medical_shift

• Context
  The Hospital filter in PDF report for Medical shifts is not returning right results.

• Example
  If there are Medical Shifts in both Hospital A and Hospital B, but the Hospital filter in the PDF report is set to ‘X’, the report still includes data for both Hospital A and Hospital B instead of filtering accordingly.
