Minified version 0.2.1 missing on pasteState and key events

when i use minifed version i found that on key and on pastestate events are missing & they are existed in unminified version
without these events on some scenarios two way binding (ng-Model) is not working as excepted

please update version and set this events :)

also there is a different on editor theme between minified and unminifed versions
