Broken links to dataset listings #30
Description
Data dataset titles on e.g. https://eucp-project.github.io/data-catalogue/decadal/hindcasts link to doi.org, but some of them are not actually working (and never have worked). We need to find out which datasets are contributed by eucp and obtain a new doi for them.
