[Feature]: Icon I made

Hello,

I'm about to attempt to compile neomacs for macOS - but before I did that, I made a quick icon which will allow neomacs to sit on my dock next to my normal build of emacs-plus. This is the icon that I use for emacs-plus and this is the version I made for neomacs:

It's just the word 新 (new, neo-) written in a similar script style to the emacs E.
