__decorate is not defined #3

Hi!
First of all, thanks for the boilerplate.
Unfortunately, I've got a problem with decorators.
When I created a decorator for NavService I got this:
Uncaught ReferenceError: __decorate is not defined at nav.service.ts?5ffc:3 at Object.84 (nav.service.ts?5ffc:15) at __webpack_require__ (bootstrap 31df5b8667de229adeb1:585) at fn (bootstrap 31df5b8667de229adeb1:109) at Object.81 (index.ts?55dc:4) at __webpack_require__ (bootstrap 31df5b8667de229adeb1:585) at fn (bootstrap 31df5b8667de229adeb1:109) at Object.80 (index.ts?f891:2) at __webpack_require__ (bootstrap 31df5b8667de229adeb1:585) at fn (bootstrap 31df5b8667de229adeb1:109)
And I still have no idea how to solve it.
P.S. I didn't change tsconfig.json
