Library cublas64_12.dll is not found or cannot be loaded

Hi, thanks for the great work on this project.

I noticed the software was not working when I first launched it. When I checked the console, I noticed an error:

Library cublas64_12.dll is not found or cannot be loaded

After doing some research.

While this may not be the best solution, the issue was easily resolved by duplicating the cublas64_11.dll file within the internal directory and subsequently renaming the copy to cublas64_12.dll.

This solution is shared for the benefit of others who may experience the same problem.
