Code coverage

I think the current test suite is not sufficient for JOSS standards. One think you could try to do is add coverage using codecov or coveralls and try to get the coverage to an acceptable level, e.g., 90%?

I managed to add CodeCov and got it to 100%. It took me longer because it is the first time that I add code coverage, but I think it was well worth the effort. Let me know what you think.
