Improve snippets synchronization

When you create a new snippet, you have to manually open the Xcode snippets folder, copy the new snippet into its repository target, push your changes and finally run `install` to ensure everything is up to date.

`xcresource` should provide an easy way to synchronize snippets between the Xcode snippets folder and git repositories.
