New darker color for INTERMITTENT waterways seems confusing #1760

Description

Description

Today it shows up that the waterways marked as intermittent=yes are darker in tone (dashed blue) in comparison to the normal stream/rivers (solid blue).

This "new" tone seems to be confusing, because has been the standard for tunnels and culverts (Underground) and not to the intermittent flows (Dashed blue)
