Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://rapideditor.org/rapid#map=18.63/39.16925/-75.53277&maproulette=51207,52077,52343,53167,53263,53763,53955&background=Bing&id=n178562715
2. Click on the MapRoulette task
3. Select the option "not an issue"
4. Click Submit button

From the OSM US #MapRoulette Slack

FYI: someone using the maproulette.org API notified me that their API key had stopped working (they were getting 401 Unauthorized responses). It turns out this is because we rotated the MapRoulette application secrets when we migrated the server to new infrastructure on Sunday, and API keys are stored encrypted in the database using this key. If you have an application that talks to the MapRoulette API and uses an API key, you'll need to regenerate that key and update your application. You can do this on your user profile page (https://maproulette.org/user/profile). Sorry for the inconvenience.

My understanding is, that this needs to happen on the Rapid Side and is nothing we can do as users (right?)

Resetting the API key on maproulette website itself, then trying another task in Rapid worked for me. Thanks!

Update:
To resolve this issue, simply reset your API key on the MapRoulette user profile page (https://maproulette.org/user/profile). Once the API key is reset, Rapid will automatically use the new MapRoulette API key and enable closing MapRoulette tasks directly within Rapid.

(I tried it out and it works!)

FYI I am looking into a PR that will show a error message for this use case and guide users to perform those steps.
Happy to hand this over to someone wo has more time to look into it though :).
