Is there an isolated model for hand? Like the MANO model for example? If not, what it is the most straightforward way to use MHR as hand model only?

We currently do not provide a hand only model. Technically you could just use the hand parameters of MHR and ignore everything else, but that would potentially put the rest of the body in the way of what you're doing.
It's possible to edit the MHR fbx files and model definitions to work for hands only, but it's quite a bit of work if you're not super familiar with it.
I'll flag this as a feature request and we'll see if we have capacity to generate a hand only model at some point.
