Allow ID that start with 0 #903
Description
Motivation
It is very convignent to be able to name a sample or a acquisition with numbers as 001 since the number of sample can go up to 999 in some cases. Keeping a 3 digit number is convignent for sample liste for instance.
But the UI do not allow this king of id number.

Allow number ID that start with 0.
