Visualization data mismatch #906

Describe the bug
The heat map (graph showing the location of the objects in the flowcell based of the x and y coordinates in the TSV file) from the visualization page seams to display the wrong data as demonstrated here (comparaison the heat map with a simple dot plot in excel from the same sample)
To Reproduce
- Do an acquisition
- Do the semgentation
- Go to visualization page
- Look at the heat map
- Open the TSV file
- Creat a dot plot with "object_x" vs "object_y"
- Compare with the heat map
- Spot the 7 differences
Expected behavior
the dot plot and the heat map should show the same location of the object in the flowcell
