Change the default longitude and latitude in the metadata page

Motivation

In case a sample's coordinates are missing, the default coordinates should be the North Pole instead of Morlaix. This will prevent confusion if someone forgets to fill in the field, and it will prevent misleading the location of a sample because the location of Morlaix is a possible true sample location.
