ResourceEntryDependencyResolver needs to be removed from the classpath scanner #6
Description
ResourceEntryDependencyResolver resolution should work like the one in the jaxb2 maven plugin. A new flag was added to the flatten mojo to include all dependency resources into the classpath scanning so the resources should be added to the catalog list after classpath scanning is completed.
