Full picture would included personal instances #4

Hi,
I noticed "This project doesn't crawl personal instances: the goal is to understand communities, not individuals." and I could understand having a filter default to 10 in the view but having a community of federated larger and smaller instances, and thus enabling full control of your data, is what makes the Fediverse so appealing to me.
Hence I suggest:
- crawl all instances (default to 0)
- introduce "user count" filter defaulting to 10.
P.S. while filing this request fediverse.space is down for me as well (Issues #2 and #3. Which I believe to be a server issue but just in case my user agent is: "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:134.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/134.0".)
