Hidden attachment insertion in Incidents area

Identified that with very large texts (especially for the Story, Cause, Impact, Solution, and Recommendations fields) the text boxes are automatically resized, hiding the insert attachment button and the incident response plan area.

I can't replicate it is probably fixed on dev but let's wait the next version to confirm.
