Not Yet Working On WSL

After compiling WSL Ubuntu scan6 errors out with:
pcap_open_live(wifi0): socket for SIOCETHTOOL(ETHTOOL_GET_TS_INFO): Socket type not supported

It's not ipv6toolkits fault, there's still much todo at MS on WSL, just thought I'd put it on your radar screen.
