In php 5.6 function fopen not work with https

In php 5.6 http://php.net/manual/en/context.ssl.php
"Added peer_fingerprint and verify_peer_name. verify_peer default changed to TRUE."
Now, in order function fopen work with https need to transfer ssl options in stream_context_create

Here real error message from resty.php: "Stream open failed for 'https://domain/auth/v1.0". If i put in array $opts(line 717) this
'ssl' => [
'verify_peer' => false,
'verify_peer_name' => false
], then all work as in php 5.4

That's an issue with SSL cert verification in PHP, not Resty. I suspect this is the issue: http://php.net/manual/en/migration56.openssl.php
