My Scarab opens and works but i cant see anything its transparent

i would like to know if someone that had this issue was able to fix it and if it was how did it.

Actual Behaviour

i dowloaded it from this page and every time i open the app it opens an transparent page i can interact with the thing but its difficult to do anything.

There are no log and the Steps i just dowload it and open it and it shows a transparent page

When you say no logs - does the folder where the logs go not exist? Does the folder exist but not the log file?
