Bug: Shortcut icons inconsistent between sidebar and home page

Description

As you can see in this screenshot, the custom icon I set for PHILIPP-HANDY (under %userprofile%/CrossDevice) is shown on the sidebar, but not on the home page. Similarly, the custom icon for iqnit (my user folder) shows on the home page, but not the sidebar. However, the custom icon I set for the Repos folder is shown consistently across both.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Set a custom icon for the %userprofile%/CrossDevice folder
2. Set a custom icon for your user folder
3. Check the side bar and home page
