Problem - Web preview is not working.
Solution - Inverted commas are supposed to be adjusted in command for preview.
Fix:
Old - command = ["sh" "-c" "PM_INSTALL && npm" "run" "dev" "--" "--port" "$PORT" "--hostname" "0.0.0.0"];
New - command = ["sh" "-c" "PM_INSTALL && npm run dev -- --port $PORT --hostname 0.0.0.0"];
