refdb_clean_seq_crop_primers arguments names #3
Description
in refdb_clean_seq_crop_primers the arguments are names max_error_in and max_error_out. I assume it's the same arguments as in refdb_filter_seq_primer where they are called max_error_forward and max_error_reverse?
