migrating the data to a Postgres database

I just bought the template created the Postgress database but am unable to load the bookkeeper_public__migrations.sql file.

I am using Postbird to import the sql file and get the following output

Type: table

Estimate rows count: -1

Total size on disk: 32 KB (Table: 8 KB, Indexes: 16 KB, Toast: 8 KB)

Source SQL
Loading...Error happen while running pg_dump:
pg_dump: error: server version: 15.2; pg_dump version: 12.0
pg_dump: error: aborting because of server version mismatch

Admittedly I have no idea what I am doing so any help would be appreciated
