fluent-operator chart missing ability to add ServiceMonitor labels

The fluentbit.serviceMonitor section of the fluent-operator chart values (with corresponding template) does not currently provide a way to add the required labels for Prometheus serviceMonitorSelector. This ability is already available in the standalone fluent-bit chart.

These chart templates should be synchronized:

• charts/fluent-operator/templates/fluentbit-servicemonitor.yaml
• charts/fluent-bit/templates/servicemonitor.yaml

This issue is stale because it has been open 90 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed in 5 days. Maintainers can add the exempt-stale label.
