Remove links from metadata

I think we should remove the links from the metadata just in case some agents include those in the context window. Some of the skills could have 20 or more links, which greatly increases the tokens that are included in the initial prompt (if they are included, which we aren't sure about yet)

For now, I suggest we take them out of the generated skill just to be safe.
