Money rock issues

Three days in a row, the money rock has been the same rock. Also, today I got three jobs from three separate villagers and they all involve the same item and the same other villager.

Update: I think this issue is specifically with how money rocks are handled. Four days in a row, the money rock was in exactly the same place. Also after a save and quit, the money rock respawned again the same day in the same spot.

Villager favor RNG doesn't seem to be an issue. I guess I just got really lucky that day with the favors lining up.

Are you on windows? I noticed RNG was a bit weird under wine/proton.

Seeing the same behaviour on Win 11, also wanted to add that I can hit the rock for money again during the same day after saving and quitting and starting again.
