@fneum my colleague @AlexanderMeisinger did a little investigation:
It seems like there are version conflicts with the package HoverTool and Streamlit. HoverTool is used for hvplot; removing HoverTool and replacing hvplot with plotly has worked for him: https://github.com/AlexanderMeisinger/dashboard_h2g-a-ap3-eu/tree/h2g-a-ap3-eu

Not sure if replacing is an option for you, maybe the version conflict could be resolved more easily.

I don't want to rewrite it though :D but for future versions I would use plotly anyhow
