Fix for when running test on Windows

Windows says
  "Error: Os { code: 2, kind: NotFound, message: \"The system cannot find the file specified.\" }\n"
while Linux and Mac has:
  "Error: Os { code: 2, kind: NotFound, message: \"No such file or directory\" }\n"
