Regarding the app not being available on the store anymore;
While I was away for a couple of weeks, Microsoft sent me an email. The email included a report of the app saying that we need to change something or it gets removed from the Microsoft Store. I cannot tell exactly what the issue is, but it is something unrelated to the app or the way is functions. This email was sent while I was away for a couple of weeks and the ultimatum they gave had a deadline. Therefore, I preemptively unpublished the app from the store so we can "hopefully" work it out with Microsoft once again but without the time pressure.
The same issue also was part of the reason why it took us so long to get the app in the Microsoft Store to begin with. That time, after many emails sent to and from Microsoft they finally agreed with us. I will try to get the app back on the store. In the meantime.
