Not possible to specify key and certificates attributes/parameters

While `fioctl keys ca` is good enough for creating a default working PKI to secure access to Foundries Factory, a customer might want to define specific attributes for certain elements of the PKI.
For example, a factory CA key type and size, a factory and/or device CA certificates' fields such as subject.organization/.country/.common_name/.not_after/.not_before, etc.
