platonic_from_lua tweaks

• Modify platonic_from_lua so it behaves the same as flu_get_atomic.
• In upcoming ifort 13.0 it should be possible to pass on a factory function as an argument and get rid of an ugly trick with interfacing platonic_new_module_mp_platonic_new.
