code documentation is incomplete #1
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run jam doc
2. look at all the warnings
3. see all the classes and methods that are yet to be documented
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The documentation of this could needs to be complete and therefore doxygen
should displays only very few warnings
Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
As the user base of TREX will grow this documentation should be as complete as
possible so someone can have at least a rough understanding on what each
classes and functions are doing.
