Brainstorm-IntrAnat equivalence

Because of the lack of support and visibility regarding the future of BrainVISA, IntrAnat is not a good candidate for the HIP.
We can explore the possibility to generate the CSV files [Ncontacts x Nparcellations] with Brainstorm instead of IntrAnat.

Brainstorm developments needed:

1. Display SEEG electrodes + anatomical atlases
2. Interpolate surface parcellations into the volume (for matching a SEEG contact with surface-based atlases)
3. Import all the volume atlases available from FreeSurfer
4. Import Lausanne atlases from FreeSurfer folders (compatibility with f-tract database)
5. Generate CSV
