Clean-up Django admin display

When using Django's admin, the styles for HTML bleed over into the editor. Reset the the styles within the editor.

• Toolbar style
• Anchor configuration toolbar
• Bold to use <strong>
• Italic to use <em>
• Inline styles do not inherit Django Admin (see H2 and unordered lists)
