Doreen's stimulus motion workflow

Before Doreen left, she showed me this awesome stimulus motion workflow she was working on in bips. uuid: "431e1fd2a37f11e2bff300259058e3f2"

This workflow generates a folder called Stimulus_Motion with the total numbers of outliers within each condition and each run, as well as the plots of correlation between stimulus onsets and motion parameters.

It is working perfectly for me, as long as I load Doreen's environment: bipsdr_env.

But I am wondering whether this workflow has been merged to the master copy of bips. By the way, is there any major updates of bips recently that I should be aware of? :)

doreen's workflow will be merged into master copy soon. i haven't had a lot of energy to work on it. we have been focusing on revamping the resting and diffusion workflows and their qa counterparts.

but as part of this we also need to create the new standard envs. nipype 0.9 will be released soon and we will create all the envs as part of that release.
