Remaining high-hanging fruit

I just want to reiterate what we have left to do! (so I don't have to switch back and forth between here and the hackpad.)

• Texas/MIT transfer
• Training VM: (includes syncing subject group info across computers, combining high and low dose stim)
• Comments + subject moved
• Button Logic (I like the way this works for RT runs. What's left?)

@satra @sasen anything major to add?

Tomorrow I'll start (& hopefully finish, doesn't seem too bad) the training VM. Then I'll take a look at the Texas/MIT transfer, unless @sasen you feel like taking it.

I think all the remaining button logic is for subjectMoved redo. We've been discussing this in person.

EDIT: this is ready for review. once it's all merged in, the training VM & Texas/MIT transfer will be all that remain.
