Writing documentation for the Lice language

We need to write good documentation for the Lice language.

This include:

• A good documentation for the OCaml API
• A good documentation for the language itself (syntax, advanced topics like modules, etc...)

The documentation should as well contain a good explanation of the bytecode system and the way the virtual machine works.
